BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
As soon as you receive our confirmation of the booking by email, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price will be due within 14 days.
After confirmation of the booking you will receive a separate email with all payment information.
Four weeks before arrival, the remainder of the rent must be received by us, as well as the deposit of € 600,-. The deposit minus the costs for the use of electricity will be refunded immediately after your departure if after inspection everything is found to be free of damage and complete. If it concerns a booking within four weeks before your departure, then the total rental price must be paid at once.
PREPARATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY:
We will ask the tenant to provide the flight details such as flight number and expected time of arrival so that we can inform the accommodation manager what time they can expect the guests. The caretaker will be in the accommodation at the agreed time for the key handover and to provide an explanation of the accommodation. Because we have to give all the names of the guests to the security of Jan Sofat, you have to mail them to us before departure. If you would like a transfer from Hato airport to your accommodation, the manager can arrange this for you. You can request the exact costs from us. If you need a cot or high chair, please let us know.
Cancellation:
Should your holiday not be able to take place for any reason, then the following cancellation conditions or costs will apply:
If canceled up to four weeks before the start of the first day of the rental period, the cancellation costs are equal to the deposit of 20% of the total rent that you have already paid.
If canceled from four weeks to 7 days before the day of commencement of the first day of the rental period, you will owe 50% of the total rent.
If canceled from 7 days to the day of commencement of your rental period, cancellation fees of 100% (total rent without deposit).
Change of rental period:
If you want to change an already booked period to another period, we will of course try to accommodate you. Of course this depends on any other bookings. We would like to be informed of your wish to change your rental period as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks before the start of your rental period.
Your booking is exclusive:
- Taxes 7%
- Deposit € 600,-
- Cleaning € 150,-
- Intermediate cleaning (for stays longer than 7 nights) € 125, –
- Electricity € 0.40 / KwH (will be deducted from the deposit)
Your booking includes water consumption and bed and bath linen.
Ages of the tenants:
This villa is suitable for 6 persons, of which at least 1 person must be 18 years or older. The other persons must all be 12 years or older.
INSURANCES:
We strongly recommend a trip and cancellation insurance in case you unexpectedly can not come. Your belongings are not insured on the insurance of the accommodation.
Therefore, take out a proper insurance.
SMOKING:
It is absolutely prohibited to smoke indoors under any circumstances. We urge the tenant to respect this rule of life.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation if written permission has been given by the landlord.
LIABILITY OF THE LANDLORD:
Landlord is not responsible for:
- Theft, damage and/or loss during the rental period;
- accidents in and around the accommodation;
- temporary malfunctions of water and/or;
- power supplies;
- nuisance from activities outside the rented plot, including;
- construction work in the vicinity of the accommodation;
- force majeure of any kind.
TENANT’S LIABILITY:
Tenant and fellow travellers will behave as befits a good tenant. Any damage caused will be reported directly to the manager. Any technical problems will be reported directly to the manager. Upon departure from the house all dirt will be removed and the accommodation will be delivered broom clean. Tenant is responsible for the activities of his fellow travelers.
SWIMMING POOL:
It may happen that due to a technical problem (temporarily) can not be used the pool.
Of course, everything will be done to solve the problem, but the landlord accepts no liability for not being able to use the pool and / or damage suffered.
It is not allowed with glassware by the pool to stay. Children may only use the pool under the supervision of at least one adult. We strongly advise children to wear a lifejacket in the vicinity of the pool. It is not allowed to operate the technical installation of the pool, tenant is requested to report any malfunctions directly to the administrator.
It is not allowed to sunbathe naked in the outside area of the accommodation.
Landlord can never be held liable for damages suffered in case of accidents in and around the pool that is offered at the accommodation.
